Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Purchases must be unworn and unwashed. Your item must be in re-saleable condition with tags still attached. DRT Industries reserves the right to deny a refund if the items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way. We reserve the right to assess the condition of the returned product prior to offering a refund or exchange.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable, unless in the case of our error in shipping an incorrect or faulty product to you.
Where you are entitled to a refund, you will only receive the refunded amount equal to the cost of the product. Delivery and Return charges will be excluded from total amount refunded.
We recommend that you return items through traceable mail as returned items which are not received by DRT.industries will not be issued a refund. We also recommend you ask for a proof of postage at the time of posting your returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account that the payment had originally come from.
Please allow 7 business days for a refund to be processed from the date the returned item is received at DRT.industries. There may be delays in the provision of the refund that may be caused by the issuing bank. Please contact us if you have not received your refund within ten days of us notifying you that a refund has been issued.

We do not refund or replace Sale Items however you can choose a refund or exchange of goods if the Sale Item has a major problem or defect.

Do you provide International delivery?
We currently provide international delivery to a few countries; New Zealand, USA, UK, Ireland, Canada and France.
How do I return an item?
Please read through our returns and refunds Policy, to return an item first contact us via email with the subject "REFUND" and the email will be forwarded to our returns team.
Can I return or get a refund on a raffle prize?
Occasionally we donate raffle prizes to different extreme sporting events across Australia, the exciting thing about the raffle prizes is sometimes they are one off creations! thats exciting! it means you could possibly win a one of a kind DRT, industries product! Because of this we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on raffle prizes.
How do I track my order?
Upon delivery you will receive a tracking number Via email which can be tracked through Australia Post.
What are your delivery options?
For domestic delivery we offer standard shipping and express shipping options. For anything out of Australia we have an international shipping option.
